Banner Request!

ok lets begin ok so am gonna start making banners now an so on below are the rules and needs.

Rules:
1)You May NOT steal Any Of My Work.
2)You May Request Only Two Banners A Day.
3)if you followed this rules you would be ok.

Needs:
1)Render- optional you can make me search one too.
2)effects- like background and colors.
3)Text- like what would you like on the banner.
4)Size- Size of banner you have to give me the exact Size.

I think you need a form to make requester easier
